A hot humid weekend greeted a half-dozen GVR riders at the Lake Geneva Round of the Wisconsin Off Road Series of mountain bike races.

And since we like clichés, this weekend brought a little blood, sweat, and gears for team members. And some podiums, too.

In case you missed it, the unofficial end of summer was celebrated over the weekend, In true GVR style, it included a pair of flats tires on the road.

Just in time for the start of the ‘cross season (and the end of the mountain bike and road seasons), we’re moving our online presence to a new home here at WordPress.

We’ve even brought legendary cyclist Jens Voigt along with us to announce this news (Well, not really. But we have the photo, so we might as well use it).

You’ll find we’ve moved over the key information from our website and added a few new categories. Take a look at the tabs along the top to hop into other sections of this website for things like a roster including photos of each of our riders; our partners and supporters; regular results updates; and links to other media (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram) where you can follow our goings on.

Sit back and enjoy the ride. Just be warned, it may get muddy at times and a hose will likely be required to clean your uniform. Oh, and you might get a flat tire if you join us on one of our road rides.
