Where did all the 700 X 25 tires go? Yep, that time of the year. It was all dirt this weekend with GVR riders putting up some nice results at one of the iconic mountain bike races in the United States and on the mud and grass of LAPT Lion Cross.

It was all about the dirt this weekend with about a dozen GVR riders racing in three states.

There are a lot of tired people today after a full-on weekend of endurance mountain bike racing in central Wisconsin this past week. The team has nearly 20 riders at Wausau 24 and brought home some nice hardware and memories.

The last of the Wisconsin road racing titles were wrapped up this past weekend with the Wisconsin State Time Trial on a lumpy (and hot!) course in New Glarus.

It was a busy weekend on the road with the Wisconsin State crit and road race Saturday and Sunday near Madison.

Saturday’s Crit racing saw Ryan Jones score a state title in Masters 35+ 4/5 thanks to some tasty teamwork, while Amber Searer and Julie Phelps were part of an exciting race in the women’s 1/2/3 race.
