We’re pretty sure everyone who raced this past weekend either got dirt or gravel in their mouth. Despite a rainy start, it turned out to be a fantastic, and fun, weekend of racing.

We’re cramming two weeks of results and photos into this week’s snapshots. It’s been a busy – and productive – 14 days with GVR riders scoring wins, podium and a litany of other results in events from Wisconsin and Michigan to Idaho.

What a great weekend of racing. From Michigan to the Fox Valley, GVR riders put up some nice results and efforts at a number of events around the Upper Midwest this past weekend. A few people got mud caked, too.

A very busy weekend of events with GVR riders in races stretching from South Dakota to eastern Wisconsin. Most of us stayed clean, but a couple came home filthy.

GVR riders had both dirt and tarmac covered this weekend in races from Kansas to the UP of Michigan. Riders brought home a nice assortment of hardware for the efforts, too!

In an annual tradition, GVR riders packed up and headed to Westby, Wisconsin, for three days of riding in the Driftless Region of Wisconsin (That means there are a lot of hills and valleys).
True to tradition, early season weather was a challenge (temps never got out of the 30s and there was plenty of snow on the roadsides), but roads were largely dry and the team crammed in a bunch of miles – and elevation gain – over the weekend. We also got a set of nice team photos.
We also had one rider at another spring classic, Barry-Roubaix, in Michigan on Saturday.
